We can now produce plastic mouldings incorporating metal inserts.  The moulding is formed around the insert providing an extremely strong component.  For small quantities of parts, this is the cost effective alternative to complex tools and automatic feeders of robots.

The tools are run on automatic machines which are very reliable and quick to set up, so you are not faced with high minimum order quantities.
