QUALITY

We have a real commitment to a quality assurance system approved to BS EN ISO 9002.  Each stage of manufacture from receipt of the raw material through the manufacturing processes, to the despatch of the finished component is subjected to careful scrutiny by staff working to comprehensive quality control procedures.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our team of Directors will be pleased to visit you to discuss and advise on component drawings and designs.

RAPID RESPONSE

We respond to all enquiries within seven days.  For simple tools, samples will normally be available within 6 - 8 weeks of receiving your order, although if you need them more quickly, we will do our best to help you.  Complex multi-cavity tools may take a little longer.
